ORD?
No doubt NS life suck with unreasonable superiors and almost non-existence freedom, NS made me learn alot of things which i would otherwise may not be able to acquire. Ns made taught me what it means to make the best out of the worst and what it means to achieve things through preseverance and will. I did not succumb to the "yes sir yes sir" attitude but constantly demand rationale behind actions. Should it otherwise failed, things can still be done in a way that benefits you. Ns also taught me that nothing comes easy and what you have now should never be taken for granted as what is given to can also be taken away from.
The past 8 months have not been self-fulfiling in terms of personal achievements due to the changing landscape of my ops requirements. Much of my attention has been spent on making a effective system for protecting my working environment. It may not be perfect, but it's definitely better. (With constant badgering of PS, acquiring resources, and formulating detailing system)
The friendship that i have here is definitely stronger than the ones i had as we have been through all the sufferings and happiness together. I learnt to be forgiving to those that do not quite meet my expectations and does not hesitate to confront people who exhibits wrongdoings for its only fair to be truthful and open to yourself and others. I also learnt to seek justice through actions instead of whining.
However, once i ord, i may not be able to enjoy all the fun that i had playing DS with my friends. I may not be able to stay up late at night and not worry about not waking up early in the morning the next day. I will have to start worrying about all the transportation fare(increase again...), meals, job, what course i really really want to take, and most importantly, loneliness.
How can i not feel depressed?
